As animal lovers at Shepherds Without Borders rescue, most of us have personally lost shepherds we’ve had the pleasure of sharing our hearts or home with. After many requests of families wanting to make a donation in “memory of” a loved and lost shepherd, we wanted to create a place just for that purpose….

Whether it be a shepherd you personally lost or one that has touched your life in a special way, we welcome sharing a picture or two and thank you for a donation of any amount to help another shepherd in honor of that special bond…

For monetary donations, please go here – also please send us a photo using the “contact us” link below

For non-monetary donations, please contact us here (and don’t forget to attach a photo)

February 2019: In memory of Lukas, a special boy pulled from a dumpster with parvo (first picture) he recovered beautifully (second picture) and spent 21 months living life loved, cared for and cherished. Sadly, Lukas passed this week due to some complications, but he passed away a very loved family member. Although SWB did not play a part in his rescue, a donation was made to SWB in honor of Lukas and all the GSDs discarded, left for dead, unloved and sick.
