ADOPTED *** STELLA ***

STELLA has found her FUR-ever family and is enjoying being ADOPTED <3

Stella is a spayed female who is approximately 3-5 years old. A micropop of sweetness, she is only about 50 pounds (full-grown). Stella is a spayed female GSD who is housebroken, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, crate-trained and heartworm negative (on prevention). She has been dewormed and is on oral flea/tick meds. Stella came to rescue via our friends at Marion County Animal Shelter in Salem, Oregon. Stella was found as a stray, but is thought to have had several litters of puppies in the past. She has some scarring on her face that we do not know where came from, but is healed and seems to be older. Stella shows evidence of possible “clicker” training in the past, but her leash manners need work and Stella would benefit from continued training with her new family. She has greeted all humans with love and seems to have a very sweet timid side. She rides in a crate (or just in the backseat) in the car without a peep and previously had been in play groups at the shelter (but kept to herself). Stella prefers not to have felines in her house and will gladly chase those (or other small furry things) out of your yard, therefore a good fenced yard would work best for her. Stella is not overly treat or food driven, but will work for love and praise!

She is in the moderate activity level range for a GSD and has a low ball drive. To apply to adopt Stella or another rescued GSD, click here: Adoption Application

Stella is available for adoption for $450.00

Stella is in a pawsome foster-home who is working with her on boundaries, leash manners and helping us to get to know what Stella is all about.
